Greetings in the name
of the Lord Jesus!
God is good! All the time! This month has been a busy month for Annie
and I. But praise God, that is the way
we like it right now. We want to do as
much as we can while we have the strength and energy to do it. At our age, only God knows how much longer we
will be able to go like this. Haha
Prakhonchai Church
We started this month here in Prakhonchai with Annie teaching a
new class with women leaders in the church and me preaching the main service.
God is moving here in many ways and I am always amazed that there are so many
new people that have come to the Lord over the last two months.
The church is growing and the new building is going along one
step at a time. The foundation is almost completed and then the next phase will
begin. The radio station is still going
strong and people are hearing the gospel all around our area. We hear that many are believing in Jesus
already but still not brave enough to come to church. We are praying that God
give them the boldness to make that step. Amen?
Malaysia Trip
The second weekend we had the opportunity to go to Malaysia to
support a young couple in our church.
The young lady is from Malaysia and the young man is from Thailand. They eloped about 4 years ago and got married
without their parent’s approval because she was Christian
and he was Buddhist. The girl also went
away from the Lord during this time but came to Prakhonchai church and
recommitted her life to God. Then shortly after her husband began coming to
church and he also believed in Jesus and became a Christian. After contacting
her parents, they wanted them to come back and have a Christian blessing
service for their marriage. They invited
us to go to support them and represent the boy's family. So, Annie and I prayed
and felt that God wanted us to go, so we went thinking it was going to be a
time of site seeing and being a supportive role for this young couple. But God has
a plan that we don't always know. The
first day we went site seeing like we expected.
The second day was Sunday and we went to the church she grew up in and
later in the afternoon they had the marriage blessing. It was a wonderful time
and beautiful service and fellowship. One of the brother-in- laws even got
saved at the service. Hallelujah!
Then on Monday we were going site seeing for the day. But before
we left for the mountains, they wanted us to pray for her sister because she
and her husband had been trying to have a baby for over three years with no success. They had been to doctors and spent all kind
of money trying to have a baby. Annie and I prayed over her sister and her
husband, then Annie ministered to her sister-in-law as well and God moved in
her heart and will never be the same again.
After that we went on our site seeing trip and returned to our room late
that evening. I was getting ready to
silent my phone and I noticed a message from our spiritual daughter that said,
" My sister is pregnant!" Wow,
God works quick! She had tested her
pregnancy with a home tester and it showed positive. Since we have been back to
Thailand the doctor has confirmed her pregnancy and they are baffled at how she
got pregnant. There were many factors that didn't make sense except the fact
that God did a miracle. Hallelujah
again! They also reported that many of the
family had been away from church and now had recommitted their lives to
God! Praise God. So, a trip we thought
was just blessing a young couple who just came to Jesus, turned out to be a
weekend of miracles by God. Thank you Jesus!
Ministry in Khon Kaen
We just finished ministering again in the Khon Kaen church and it
is just awesome the reports we are hearing about the young people in the
homes. There about 16 teenagers we have
been doing a heart repair ministry with them and they are changing by leaps and
bound to be on fire for God. Many have
been set free and delivered. Almost all
of them have made a commitment to serve God full time. Annie and I feel so
privileged that God is using us to rise up this new generation. We have committed to help them for the rest
of this year.
Philippine Trip in April
It's official and set in order, we will be going to the
Philippines to minister April 9 - 20. We
will be ministering in Manila and also on the island of Butuan. Our main objective in this trip is not so
much ministering a lot of meetings but we are focusing on pastors and spending
time and encouraging those who are out on the frontlines. Of course we will be
ministering in the churches on Sunday but during the week we will be visiting
as many pastors that we can both in Butuan and Manila. Please be in prayer for this trip and for
Annie and I that God will anoint us and use us to impart, encourage and
strengthen the pastors and the Body of Christ that we are in relationship with
there. I would like to give a special
thanks to Pastor Ron Hammonds and Church on the Rock Golden Triangle for
helping us to make this trip possible. They are always a blessing to us in helping
us to reach out to the Southeast Asia. Amen!
We pray God will bless them for all they do for the Kingdom of God!
Annie and I praise God for all of your prayers and support as
well! Without you we could not do what
we are doing. We appreciate every single one of you. We pray God will bless you
all in all that you do!
We love you all!
