Merry Christmas and December Update 2012

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!

Inline image 1

Annie and I pray that all of you will have a wonderful Christmas and that God will bless you in all that you do!

Wow, it doesn't seem like it has been a year already.  Seems like it was just a little while ago we were in America eating Turkey, all kinds of sweets and opening Christmas packages with our Daughter's family.  Wow, how quickly our lives can change.

Then in January, it has been one year since Annie had her mini strokeAt first looked like she was going to go to heaven before me. She was weak, couldn't use her left side very well and couldn't see hardly anything.  Here we are 11 months later back in Thailand and she is physically stronger than me, walks faster than me, blood sugar and blood pressure stable and eye sight getting better every month. We are still believing for her eye sight to return to normal and God to make her emotions strong and stable again.  I am sitting here wondering what it will be like when December 2013 comes around.  Surely it will be better and God will get all the glory!  Amen?

God has been good to us this year and we have still been able to minister here at the church in Prakhonchai, in Laos and in Vietnam.  Next month will be a step of faith for Annie to start teaching again here in the church.  I believe she is going to be anointed more than ever.  Please pray as she teaches the lady leaders starting the 2nd weekend of January.

I believe next year we will be heading to other nations to minister as well.  I am sure of Laos, Vietnam and now we have already scheduled a trip to the Philippines next May.  I will be the guest speaker at an anniversary of a church and leaders conference and Annie will be teaching the ladies there in two different churches.  This will be the start of a fulfillment of prophesy over our ministry and our lives.  We are excited that God has opened this door for us.  We totally believe that this trip is God's will and we are believing in God to provide for all of our expenses for this tripIf anyone would like to help us with the expenses for this trip just let me know or you can contribute to the address at the end of this update and in the memo put Dryden Philippine trip.  We are living in exciting times especially here in SE Asia, God is moving in every country and we are happy we can be a part.  Please pray for us as well.
Thanks again to everyone who prays for us and supports us each month, you have truly been a blessing to us over the years and now as well.  We thank God for you every day and ask God to bless you back for all you have given.  We pray that God will bring increase in all that you do.
We love you all!

November Update 2012

Greetings Everyone!

We pray that all of you are being blessed and Happy Thanksgiving to all!  We are so thankful for all of you as we go into this HolidayWithout all your prayers and support we could not even be here and do the things we are doing.  During this Thanksgiving season, we pray that God will bless you and meet all of your needs.

Well, it is almost Christmas too and that means we are preparing to hand out Christmas bundles to all of the kids in our church.  For only $30.00 per child we can give them something they need for Christmas.
So if you are interested in helping this year, you can send a donation to the address at the end of this message.  Just put Thailand Christmas Bundles in the memo and we will make sure it gets to the kids.

We just got back from our missions trip to Vietnam.  It was an awesome trip and God did so much, I probably can't write everything.  It was great from the very beginning.  We were there to minister in a 3 day fasting and prayer meeting that they have every month.  I am so proud of Fon and the worship team.  We took the band, Fon and one other girl with us and they were just awesome in every way.  They brought heaven down everytime they led the worship.  God used Annie in this trip too.  She had a Word of Knowledge and shared the word before I preached.  She gave some awesome words from God.  During the meetings, many were healed and delivered and in the three day meetings there were 14 people saved.  The kids also stayed on Thursday night to do the worship for the youth service.  God used them to minister to the kids and 3 more were saved that night.  Also, it gave time for Fon to build relationship with their praise team there as well.  We have bonded together with them in such a great way.  We are all like family already.  It is so awesome to see the prophesies being fulfilled right before our eyes.  And the prophesies  keep coming saying that the team will be going all over the world.  Hey, who knows, maybe someday they will be able to make it to America!!!

God is still moving in Prakhonchai church every week.  We had a couple come to church yesterday because they heard us on the radio station.  They live about 30 miles from us but were so excited to find us.  God is good!!!!!
Another good report from Annie's blood test and 3 month check up. The HbA1c was 6.5 down from 6.9 last time. All is well with the blood sugar and the pressure. An eye doctor checked her eyes today and nothing wrong with the eyes internally. Guess now we just believe and continue to believe for the functioning between the eyes and the brain will return to normal. Amen?

Thanks to all of you for your prayers and support!

 We love you all!

October Update 2011

Greetings Everyone!

We are doing great and now we are preparing for our trip to America this November through January.  We are very busy trying to get everything taken care of and prepare all of our videos for our trip.  We are excited about spending Christmas with our Daughter and Family there.  It has been 16 years since we have spent a holiday season in America.  Wow!  We have been scheduling churches to go and share what God has done here over the last two years and all of our Sundays are almost full. Praise the Lord! The only Sundays we have left are January 1, 15, 22, and 29 but we do have several Wednesdays still available.  Please pray for us to be able to fill the remaining days quickly so we finish our itinerary.  If you would like for us to come to your church please contact us soon so we can put it on our calendar.

We just returned from taking our worship team on a missions trip to Vietnam. It was an awesome time and we were making history while we were there.  It was the first time our church has ever sent out a team and I truly believe it is the first time that any church here in Northeast Thailand has ever sent out a team.  We took 23 people, Annie and I to Saigon to minister in a prayer and fasting meeting for three days.  God really blessed us all.  I would have to write 4 or 5 pages to report all of the details and I don't want to have you read all of that.  But God moved through our team with worship and they brought the power of God into every meeting in a great way.  There were many people healed from all kinds of sicknesses and delivered from bondage's during the altar calls. On the last night of the meetings, they invited us to minister to about 80 youth.  God moved mightily through our team and we had 3 teenage boys give their lives to Jesus.  Our team will never be the same, they were all used mightily from the youngest to the oldest.  I have posted many pictures on my face book account that you can view. ( facebook.com/rddryden ) Thank you so much for all your prayers for God has surely answered them all.  We saw miracles in every area, in the meetings, provision, and favor every where we went.  Thanks to all of you!

We now have a contact in Vietnam, so if there are any pastors who would like to visit there and minister, please let me know.

God is still moving and souls are still getting saved here in Prakhonchai church as well.  We have been so blessed by the Lord with many salvations and changed lives this last couple of years.  Everyone here is going to miss us this Christmas but we know God will still be doing great things while we are gone.  Please pray for them because during the holiday season is a time of evangelism as well.

Please pray for Central Thailand, it has been flooding very badly in many areas.  Over 200 people have died as a result of flooding.  Right now they are worried about Bangkok flooding because the rains have not stopped and all of the dams, rivers and canals are all to their limit.  The have to release water so the dams won't break and that flows down to Bangkok.  Please pray that God will have mercy upon this nation and that the rains will stop.  Amen?

We love you all!

September Update 2011

Greetings Everyone!

Wow, we have a lot to report this month because we have been busy serving the Lord!  First the news about the church here in Prakhonchai.  Souls are still being saved and the house is full every week now.  We are starting to see fruit from the radio station too!  We have had visitors come to church because they have heard the program on the radio.  Also there are teachers that are listening to the English broadcasts to help their English!  LOL God is good.  The radio station has been such a blessing, not only does it give us a means to evangelize but also to reach out to our members everyday and help them grow through teachings and preachings every day.

The last week of August, Annie and I were blessed to be able to go to Nepal and it was a great blessing to us and to the people there as well. God answered all of our prayers.  We had favor with the airlines, had great weather the whole week, the Nepal people were blessed and we were blessed.  God moved in every service all throughout the week.  We had a great service on Saturday morning.  God moved in the service and there were around 20 – 25 people responded to the altar call for salvation and re-dedication.  Monday – Wednesday morning was the Mission’s Conference.  He was there with His presence in every meeting and the word that God gave me before hand was the right word for this conference.  Everything fell right into place and everyone was blessed.  Wednesday afternoon, the Bible School Graduation was held.  This year 16 students graduated and are equipped for the ministry in their perspective regions.  I was encouraged to see their desire to serve God and to win souls.   We were able to visit the orphanage at the new building.    We were able to pray for the kids and share a word of encouragement for them.  Annie had a great time loving on all of the women and encouraging them.  Annie and Pastor Tej’s wife became great friends and had a lot of fun together.  I am very happy that Annie was able to go on this trip for she was a great blessing to all of them as well.

After returning from Nepal, we had only one week and we went to the North of Thailand to help teach in a Calvary Bible School.  There were 27 students from Burma and Northern Thailand attending this session.  It was such a blessing because of their hunger for the word and passion for Jesus!

We just returned Saturday and now in two weeks from today we will take a team of 23 people to Vietnam for a missions trip there.  Please pray for this trip, it is the first time we have had a team go out and minister in another country.  The worship team will be leading worship in the morning and I will be preaching.  Please pray God will use us all in a great way.

Now last but not least!  LOL  Probably the biggest!  We are going to be in America for the Holidays this year.  It will be the first time in 16 years.  Our daughter is going to have an operation right after the new year, so we have to schedule our time to visit America so we can be there to help out.  We will be in America from November 8 to January 30.  If there are any churches who want us to come and share please send me a message and let me know.  We have already scheduled all of the Sundays in November, so be sure and contact me soon to set a date.  We have only the Sundays in Dec and Jan available and we cannot extend our trip this year.  Amen?

Okay, please pray for us in every area.  Pray for strength, good health, and provision for everything we have to to!

We love you!
