October Update 2022

                       CELEBRATING 26 YEARS IN THAILAND 2022

                           Greetings everyone in the Name of Jesus!

God is good!  All the time!  We pray that God is continuing to bless each one of you in a special way.  We pray everyday that God will bless you, protect you, and fulfill all your needs and desires.  Amen?

We are still praying towards our trip to America next year, 2023.  We have a car and we are still looking for a place to stay or rent for a few months.  We are planning to make our trip start around April to June. So churches and pastors that want us to come and share please consider a time and contact us.  We are looking forward to seeing as many of our friends and family as we can because it will have been 4 years since our last trip. Please continue to pray for us in this area.

Praise God, all yearly doctor, blood works, mammograms, ex-rays and ultrasounds are over for another year.  All of our results turned out great with a super good report in everything. Annie is still free from anything and clear!  Praise God and thank all of you for your prayers during these last 2 months. Now we are ready for the next year and looking forward to what God has in store for us.  Amen?

On October 16, 1996, Annie and I landed at Don Muang Airport, Bangkok Thailand.  On our new adventure of being missionaries to NE Thailand and not knowing how long we would be staying. Today on October 26, 2022, 26 years later, we had the privilege of Ministering at Church on the Rock Buriram.  It has been quite a journey but here we are still going and serving Jesus after all this time. Thank God for all He has done over the years.  And thank God for those who believed in us and have supported us for all these years.  Many who started with us are still faithful and supporting us even today.  It would not have been possible without all of you!  Thank God for everyone!  Looking forward to what God has in store for us in the future. I am sure it will be a fun journey.

Please continue to pray for us, we are planning on visiting some churches we have not been to in a while. To encourage and bless them. Pray for our protection and provision.  Thanks so much in advance!

September Update 2022

 

                               Greeting in the Name of Jesus!

We pray that everyone is doing good and being blessed in every way by our wonderful Lord and Savior!  We want to thank everyone for your prayers and support!  We thank God for all of you and pray for you everyday.

Annie and I are still praying about a visit to America in 2023.  WE HAVE A CAR! Praise God for His provision! Our friend in Houston has a car we can use for the whole 6 months if needed. Hallelujah!  Now all we need is a miracle of a place to stay for anywhere from 3 - 6 months! We are willing to pay rent if we can find a place that is not too expensive. We are open to location as well, as long as it is in Texas. God can make a way where there is no way. So please keep this in your prayers and let us know if you know of anything or have any suggestions.  Thanks in advance!

Praise God, we were able to minister at Lamp of Khon Kaen Church for two Sundays this month.  The first Sunday, Annie preached the main service with a powerful message about love.  

Then the second Sunday, I had the privilege of Preaching the main service.  We had a great time after church by taking our spiritual Grandkids out for lunch while their parents are in Korea.

September 11 was my Birthday!  Wow, It’s hard to believe that I have been on this earth for 75 years today, been married almost 51 years, served God for 33 years and ministered here in Thailand for 26 years!  I thank God everyday for the life He has given me and Annie.

We were able to celebrate my birthday with our spiritual family at Church on the Rock Buriram. We started the day with what we love the most, teaching and Preaching. Then the celebration began!  They showed a video with everyone giving birthday blessings , but the big surprise was our daughter Ruby from America and Son Ernie in Germany were on the video too. Wow! What a blessing.  Afterwards we had a birthday cake and a huge meal for lunch.  What a great way to spend my 75th Birthday celebration. Thank God, Annie, Pastor Bob and everyone who worked so hard to put it all together!  I love you all!

Annie and I had our yearly check ups yesterday(mammogram, ex-rays, ultrasounds).  As far as I can tell everything looks like a good report!  We will see the doctor next week and will get the final results.  Then at the end of the month we have our Normal blood work done.  So please keep us in your prayers this month, so that we will have  good reports on everything!  Amen?

Keep us in prayer for protection because we are now getting back to normal in our ministry and able to move around and go places. Praise God!  We thank everyone in advance and we pray God blesses you above no beyond all your needs and desires!
