January Update 2023

 

                              Greetings in the Name of Jesus!

We pray that you are being blessed in every way this New year!  Annie and I have been praying hard about our trip to America this year.  We have been considering our benefits and costs and right now the costs outnumber the benefits. The only real benefit is we would get to see everyone and fellowship with you again.  Everything else just doesn’t seem to be working out for us.  Airfare is very expensive during the time we want to visit, we haven’t been able to find a place to stay or rent, so we would have to travel from place to place and live out of a hotel the whole time. Everything has just not fallen into place like it should, so we are believing that the timing is just not right. Also, our ministry is starting to pick up again after a long pause from Covid.  So, we are going to postpone our trip to a later time. Maybe later this year or next year. Thanks to everybody for your prayers and encouragement during this time.  We would love to see all of you because we miss everyone very much and we will continue to pray towards visiting when the time is right and asking God to show us when.  Amen?

During Christmas we were able to minister and celebrate 2 times!  Praise God!  Annie was able to teach before the service at both churches and I preached the Christmas message, Amazing Christmas is an Amazing Gift of God to everyone!  “Thank God for this gift too wonderful for words!” 2 Corinthians 9:15 NLT

On the 18th, we celebrated with our Church on the Rock Buriram family.  It was a great service and time of fun, games and fellowship.  We truly were blessed.

On the 25th, we celebrated at Chum Phae Church.  It was a great time as well, because we had not ministered there for a couple of years and it was great to see everyone again.  To God be the Glory for everything.

Our ministry is picking up as we enter the new year.  This month, we are ministering three weekends already, so we are excited for new beginnings this year.  We will be at COTR Buriram, New Life Church Ban Gruat, and at Lamp of Khon Kaen church.  So prayers are needed for strength and health as we start getting out more.  Pray we will be a blessing at every church. Amen?

Continue to pray for our health, strength and provision as we go into this new year! We are always praying for you to be blessed, protected and all of your needs to be met! Thank you to all who are supporting and praying for us!  We appreciate every one of you!

December Update 2022

 

             MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We pray that everyone has a wonderful Christmas with lots of good fellowship and a very prosperous new year!  May God bless you over and above all your needs and desires!  We thank all of you for your love, prayers and support over the years.  We love and miss you all during this time of year.  

Please keep us in prayer for we are finishing up the year by celebrating Christmas with two churches. We will be at COTR Buriram on the 18th and at Chum Phae church on the 25th. Please pray God will strengthen us and bless us to be a blessing at both churches. Amen?

Last month we were blessed with being able to minister at Church on the Rock Buriram.  Annie shared before the service and I preached the main service.  We had a wonderful time and great fellowship afterwards.

We thank and praise God for all He has done over the last year but we are ready for the year 2023 and excited about what God is going to do. We are still planning to visit America from April to March and we are still looking for a short term place to stay. After the first of the year, I will be contacting the churches that support us and trying to get a schedule before we leave Thailand as we will be limited with our time. Please pray for God to give us wisdom and favor to get all of this done because we want to see everyone next year!

November Update 2022

 

 

                                     HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Greetings everyone in the name of Jesus!

We pray that God is continuing to bless each one of you in a special way.  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and we pray you all have a great and wonderful Thanksgiving this year with lots of Turkey and fellowship. We pray everyday that God will bless you, protect you, and fulfill all your needs and desires.  Amen?

Our plans for our visit to America are changing somewhat because we have not been able to find a long term place to stay.  So, we will most likely be visiting for a 2 to 3 months instead, April - June.  We are still looking for a short term place to stay but even if we cannot find a place we are still planning to visit. After the first of the year, I will be contacting the churches that support us and trying to get a schedule so we can travel from one place to the next till we finish our visit.  This will be the first time we haven’t had a place to stay in 27 years, so this is all new to me.  Please pray for God to give us wisdom and favor to get all of this done because we want to see everyone next year!  

Praise God earlier this month we were able to visit the church in Saraburi. It has been about 5 years since we last visited. They are doing good and it was a blessing to be able to minister and encourage them.  They have purchased land for a new church and are meeting in the pastor’s home while they save money for a new building. Annie blessed them with a word of encouragement and then I was able to encourage them in the main service as well. We really enjoyed seeing everyone again.

On the way, we were able to visit the mountains for a couple of days and do some sightseeing. Thank God we have been able to catch up a little bit for the last 2 years of not being able to celebrate any of our major milestones in ministry and life. Annie and I really enjoyed this time together.

Pray for our provision, health and strength to continue to minister for a while longer, amen?  Pray for next month, it’s Christmas time and we are already scheduled for Christmas service in Buriram on the 18th and Chum Phae on the 25th! Looking forward to celebrating the Birth Of Jesus 2 times this year.
