More Chairs for the Church
|
We just returned from the Philippines last Monday and praise God for all He has done! It was a great trip and was definitely the will of God for this trip. We saw God move in every service and many were touched by God, healed physically and spiritually, and many were added to the church. I thank God because before we left on Friday there was standing room only in the church. We were able to bless them with an offering before we left and they used it to buy more chairs. Praise God and those who gave for our trip.

We arrived on a Tuesday and were able to rest a couple of days before we started ministering. Friday night we visited the church and home of our spiritual son and family. It was really good to see what God is doing in their life. The church is in the process of being built and they were hurrying to get it finished enough to have their first service on Saturday morning.
Saturday morning I preached the first service in the new building, The anointing was so powerful and God moved among us with great power and glory. It was a great service and many were touched and ministered to by the Holy Spirit.
Saturday afternoon Annie ministered to the women and many others as well. She preached a great message in English to everyone. God moved and touched everyone. The women were encouraged and set on fire for God.

Sunday morning, I preached again for the main service and once again God over among His people. Many people rededicated themselves and many came to know Jesus in a greater way. We had an altar call at the end of the service for the whole weekend and prayed for God to meet their needs and help them in their walk with God. God touched many.

Tuesday morning, we headed for the beach for a water baptism service. What a powerful and wonderful service. Over 56 people were baptized or re-baptized to dedicate their lives to the Lord! It was an awesome experience and privilege to be a part of this move of God.
We thank God for the time we were able to spend time with all of our spiritual children and grandchildren that we have not seen for 10 years now. God is Good!

Annie and I thank God for all He did and especially giving us the strength and energy to be able to make this special trip. Thank you for all your prayers because God answered every one of them. From the time we left home to the time we returned we saw the favor of God in our lives everywhere we went. Favor with the weather, the airlines, immigration, hotels, and workers in the airport. It was a long trip and we broke it up into many steps going and coming back and I can truly say God was with us the whole time, helping and strengthening us every minute of the way.
So, many thanks to everyone who supports us and prays for us. A special thanks to GTCOTR for a special offering to help us and a special thanks to Joy Bledsoe Osgood for her offering as well. God is Good!
